Didn't give more because of the poor attitude exhibited by the company's COO and program not being user friendly.<br><br>Spent the last two weeks solving an issue we were having with getting KC to communicate with my Quickbooks. Endless back and forth and guesswork. Finally they figured out that they had me upload the wrong files for them to test.<br><br>The general attitude with this firm is that they post instructions on yuotube so the customers should be able to figure it out. Otherwise they would be happy to charge hourly rates for training their customers on how to use the system.<br><br>The corporate culture is really lacking. They need to realize that their customers are running their own businesses and don't have time to become experts in the peculiarities of the software. We want point and click, not to become KC experts. Wish I knew this before purchasing this expensive software. This is NOT a user friendly / intuitive POS system. There are lots of quirks in getting to software to run correctly and in using it correctly.<br><br>SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND BUY A MORE USER FRIENDLY POS SYSTEM<br><br>Very disappointing experience with this software. Bought the Kennel Connection software with all the bells and whistles. They sold me a QuickBooks Direct Link module that is supposed to automatically transfer the financial data to the Quickbooks file.<br><br>It has never once worked. Been trying to get it to work for over 7 months. have spent countless days and hundreds of dollars with outside IT help. Blue Crystal just keeps sending me user manuals and telling me there must be something wrong with the Quickbooks set up.<br><br>Sorry guys, I'm not a techie and have enough on my plate running my business. Don't have time to fix bugs with your software that was not configured properly to transfer data to another program. Your sales literature claims that the Quickbooks Direct Link will seamlessly transfer all of the accounting information to QB. Doesn't say I have to become an expert at how you programmed your software and then modify QB to make your software work.<br><br>I contacted their support team because we received over 2300 line items of error messages. Their support team's response was to email us a link to their help page that had some simplistic explanation that we needed to redefine the definitions of the accounts in QB.<br><br>SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND BUY A MORE USER FRIENDLY POS SYSTEM”

That's when I discovered IntegraONE as an authorized repair center for Lenovo and HP in our area; they had the motherboard replaced quickly and it has worked since.<br><br>Now that my laptop is out of warranty, I still trust IntegraONE to help care for it. You do not have to be a business to get assistance. Some computer care places will not work on laptops, and then only those you purchased directly through them.<br><br>Don Bloshuk, the Technical Services Manager, helped trouble shoot an issue I was having with the laptop today and provided a no-cost work around. On another occasion, I was provided a fix over the phone at no charge. I have been impressed with the great customer service I have personally received over the life of my laptop. I did not grow up in the computer generation, but it is wonderful to know that there are skilled folks at IntegraONE to assist me, should I need them.”
