“The man is a genius, plain and simple. Swapped my Ryzen 3600 for a 5800x3D and suddenly could not get any power through the board whatsoever. I’m decently tech savvy so I did all the troubleshooting steps I could think of before reaching my knowledge gap. Bit the bullet and took it to get repaired with Ron and the results were better than I could have imagined. He was able to rule out the motherboard and the new chip as being the problem, and somehow figured out that my AIO cooler was causing the issue. All his testing revealed that the backplate for the cooler was causing a short circuit preventing the case or mobo from getting any power with the new chip, an issue i did not have with the old chip. I would never have figured that out myself. I’m super grateful for Ron as he was able to figure this out and return my PC after just 2 days of working on it. If you’re having any issues with your PC do not hesitate to bring your machine to him!”
