“Update:<br><br>We received a prompt return call from Danny this evening. Together, we identified a snafu with our return callback number. He was prompt and courteous and advised he will provide an update tomorrow. This is phenomenal customer service, especially after we hit a minor speed bump in the beginning. I’m confident we will have the problems resolved and commend him on his immediate outreach to resolve the issue.<br><br>Original: We dropped off our laptop a month ago for diagnosis. No word in weeks. Called and spoke with a woman’s last week and advised we would get a return call. No return call. Made my 3rd and 4th unsuccessful call today, no updates or information whatsoever.”
