IntegraONE

IntegraONE has been very helpful when my Lenovo laptop has issues, which thankfully is not often. After I first got my laptop a few years back, it stopped charging. That's when I discovered IntegraONE as an authorized repair center for Lenovo and HP in our area; they had the motherboard replaced quickly and it has worked since.

Now that my laptop is out of warranty, I still trust IntegraONE to help care for it. You do not have to be a business to get assistance. Some computer care places will not work on laptops, and then only those you purchased directly through them.

Contacted them to inquire about a laptop repair. The staff I spoke with (Anthony on the phone -and Donald via email) were knowledgeable, kind, and professional. I did not end up using their service due to my laptop needing to be replaced at the end of the day but I would have in a heartbeat if my laptop was in a position to be fixed.

My son's chromebook was fixed in less time than estimated which was amazing being that it is his primary tool for virtual learning! Customer service was great! Highly satisfied!
