These guys are amazing. Personable. Helpful. Highly knowledgeable. They explained my problem with the printer before even looking at it. Opened it up and they were right! They fixed the printer on the spot with parts they had on site and sent me home in minutes. I would recommend these guys to anyone.
We had an old Ricoh copier that we were hoping to get repaired but unfortunately the manufacturer no longer made the part for repair. We spoke with Kurt via e-mail and over the phone and he spec'd out a new copier for us, delivered it himself, set it up on our network and showed us how to use all the features. Was very happy with the service and the copier and feel confident that should we have any issues moving forward, they will get us out of a bind again. Would highly recommend them for any size business.
