I have been going to Dave with all my various computers and printers for the last 10-12 years as I have gone through moves, computers, and software updates.
He has always been able to find my part that I needed for my printer or get a new battery for the laptop even if its older.
He has always been available in the afternoons for in office service without fail, and although I have never needed him for an AM home visit, I'm sure I would be able to get him scheduled to take care of an in-home problem.
Additionally, he has also done an online quick fix-it with me as well.
I am very happy w Excel Computer Service and won't be looking for a "new guy" anytime soon!!!
I had a software issue with my laptop (wouldn't start/boot up) and he had it repaired within two weeks for $138. Six months later and my laptops still runs perfectly.
Very friendly and prompt service. Was able to diagnose and fix an issue I had installing a new graphics card. Happy to recommend.
