Wonderful place to have service, Took the computer in and within the same day it had been upgraded to double its spec's. This also included having thermal paste redone when I picked it up after adding it on even though it was more or less at closing. Would recommend this shop.

Dave was friendly and went above & beyond to find a AMD plate for me as I couldn’t find one in store anywhere. He found one off of an old motherboard and gave it to me. Thank you Dave!!!

Incredible experience here at Excel. Dave is truly one of a kind. I’ll admit I can’t speak to his expertise as my problem ended up being rather trivial, but the customer experience put my full faith in all they can do. Dave was honest, authentic, and all around a genuine guy that I know I will receive the best service as I return with any difficulties in the future. You won’t regret a visit to Excel. Could not recommend higher
