The person that answered the phone took down all my notes and passed them along to the technician without flaw. The technician showed up on-time, diagnosed the problem and made sure nothing else was affected. He did it quickly and at a honest price!! “The service was pretty good. The initial persom who came out explained the process to me and helped me with the insurance claim. The person who came to snake the line out did a great job of unclogging the main sewer line. I no longer have a backup in my lines. The guys who came out to clean out the basement were very professional and removed what needed to be removed. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because after the work was done, I can't seem to get someone out with the camera to check the pipes to make sure it's fully clean and people don't seem to respond or call back. I waited all day today to have someone come out to take their equipment, but no one showed or called. I was told yesterday that someone would be out today and nothing. I called the local number and they couldn't get in touch with anyone either.“
