“I do not have enough space to say enough positive things about Ultimate Comfort H&C. Their maintenance plan is incredibly cheap, and covers so much! Techs took time to explain the system in my new home in detail. Very knowledgeable and patient with my tons of questions. Made sure to take care of every little detail, going above an beyond making sure every inch was sealed. Called once for an emergency appt and they were out in two hours, fixed the issue which was NOT even their fault, and charged me nothing as a maintenance plan member. Everyone is friendly and no matter how busy the techs are, they are kind, patient, and never rush. Just wow. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!“

I've worked with the team at Naugle twice now, and I'm always happy with their service. First, the level of detail and expertise is definitely there. I had a main sewer line back-up that was persistent over the last two years. I've had several plumbers and drain cleaning companies out, and they are the ONLY ones who were able to identify the actual problem instead of just diagnosing it as tree roots.

It turns out that they were able to identify the root of the cause (which no other plumber was a able to do) and found out that the efficiency toilet we installed wasn't flushing enough water through, leading to build-up in the line. They installed a new toilet with a bidet for us and our system is now running really well.

They are incredibly polite, knowledgable, and detail-oriented. I don't think I'll hire another plumber. I'll stick with Naugle!“

“Had a really great experience with ALLTEMP and just want to give a shoutout for their awesome customer service. When my house dropped to 51 degrees, I booked an appointment with her on the phone, and Melinda quickly gave me a call back to let me know that a tech available sooner, which was a huge help. She was super friendly and made what could’ve been stressful way easier.

When Dawson, the techician, showed up, he was really polite and professional. He asked a few questions, explained what he was checking, and got right to work. He found the problem and fixed it fast, and I only paid the regular diagnostic fee.

Dawson also took the time to break down what he was doing in simple words and gave some good tips about my old gas heater—no pressure to buy anything extra. For a young guy, he seemed really confident and knew his stuff.
