“Toilet & Bidet installation:<br><br>I've worked with the team at Naugle twice now, and I'm always happy with their service. First, the level of detail and expertise is definitely there. I had a main sewer line back-up that was persistent over the last two years. I've had several plumbers and drain cleaning companies out, and they are the ONLY ones who were able to identify the actual problem instead of just diagnosing it as tree roots.<br><br>It turns out that they were able to identify the root of the cause (which no other plumber was a able to do) and found out that the efficiency toilet we installed wasn't flushing enough water through, leading to build-up in the line. They installed a new toilet with a bidet for us and our system is now running really well.<br><br>They are incredibly polite, knowledgable, and detail-oriented. I don't think I'll hire another plumber. I'll stick with Naugle!”
