My wife and I have been a customer of Rhoads Energy for many years for oil, for equipment maintenance and service, and for the last few years - propane too. They have always been fair and professional to us. However, I would like to recognize a particular employee at Rhoads energy, Ingrid J. She is in their billing department and over the years, I have dealt with her many times. Whenever I have any questions, issues, or need her to explain to me something on the invoice, she has repeatedly gone far above and beyond what you would expect a person to do, always being cheerful, patient, understanding, and most importantly, she will work the issue until it is resolved.
