Their team, including employee Brady, performs maintenance checks that are polite and all good. Customers appreciate that Trinity installed new HVAC systems and comes by annually to test and check the unit to ensure it runs smoothly. The team is attentive, listens to any concerns, and fixed an issue with a second unit installed by another company immediately. Highly recommended. Chris and his team are amazing professionals who respond very quickly to calls and service needs, checking things out before any issue arises. They are honest, fair price, and trustworthy. Customers feel good to have found someone they can depend on for service, whether for a furnace, air conditioner, or boiler. The team completed a furnace and air conditioner replacement in one day with no mess at all, providing a written estimate with three choices and no pressure. Would recommend them highly.
Highly recommend! Chris came out within just a few days and repaired several HVAC issues that had been done incorrectly by a previous company hired through our home warranty.
