Our AC died yesterday. We called Alltemp 24 hr service. The technician, Darren, was at our home by 11:00 am. Diagnosed the problem, had the part in his truck. The AC was running again before Noon. Expert technician, excellent service. DK

I have been using this company for years for my HVAC services. I recently bought a new HVAC unit and had been having issues with it not cooling correctly. These guys came over at least a dozen times, following directions from the manufacturer, and even once with a Technician from the manufacturer to try to get my issues resolved. In the end, they replaced the entire HVAC unit and even upgraded it without me asking. They really went above and beyond to resolve the issue, and I couldn't be more pleased with their service. Highly recommend these guys!

Had a really great experience with ALLTEMP and just want to give a shoutout for their awesome customer service. When my house dropped to 51 degrees, I booked an appointment with her on the phone, and Melinda quickly gave me a call back to let me know that a tech available sooner, which was a huge help. She was super friendly and made what could’ve been stressful way easier.
When Dawson, the techician, showed up, he was really polite and professional. He asked a few questions, explained what he was checking, and got right to work. He found the problem and fixed it fast, and I only paid the regular diagnostic fee.
