Masterclass job in being neat during the job, presentation on the walls visually, and efficiently done. They became like family, and they were kind and respectful to me, my daughter, and our dog. Lifetime devoted customer. The split units are quiet and powerful and worth the money. But it’s the personal relationships built, that will be the greatest memory.
We had Jeff and his company install our home’s AC in 2019, and it has worked great since then. Yesterday (July 2, 2026) was the first time we had to call them since the installation after the system stopped working unexpectedly. Jeff got back to me very quickly the same day and said he would try to come out the following day, July 3.
To give some context, we’ve been in the middle of a major heat wave over the past several days, with temperatures in the upper 90s and low 100s. I’m sure he has been extremely busy, especially with the 4th of July weekend approaching, but he still made time as promised to help us out.
