The technicians did a great job on the AC install. They were on time, answered my questions, friendly, cleaned up after the work, and tested AC system and made sure it was working properly and that we were satisfied. Don (lead tech) + team worked efficiently as a group - they were locked in and worked hard. Sales (Rick D.) was great with answereing all our questions, communicating, and scheduling. I would definitely recommend them.
Installers were friendly, non- evasive, and were workers. Some slight hiccups but they were handled quickly and professional. We had a tankless water heater installed and are very happy with it and the installation.
It took 3 tech trips and a part for my AC repair. I am happy it was fixed before.last heat wave and glad to be able to sleep in my bed again after 4 nights in the unfinished basement.
