“Over the past two weeks, I started noticing flashes in the corner of my eye along with floaters. On Friday (April 10), I visited Dr. Douglas O’Connor. He carefully performed a series of thorough examinations and diagnosed a vitreous horseshoe tear.
He strongly advised that I seek immediate laser treatment to prevent the condition from worsening.

What truly stood out was that he went above and beyond—he personally called multiple nearby eye clinics to find a doctor who could see me right away, but unfortunately none were available. In the end, he was able to secure an appointment for me at Wills Eye Hospital in Center City Philadelphia.

I successfully underwent laser surgery there the very same day.

“This Target is in a great location. There is lots of parking (outdoor). It was easy to ask for help and guest services were able to help me with a return I had as well. The selection was pretty in line with what other Target's offer, which is great. One thing I appreciated was that this location sells reusable, non-plastic bags for $0.10 each, I bought a few because I haven't seen them before.“
