She delivers the sort of old-school customer service that is almost never happens today.<br>I made an appointment to get fitted for new Silhouette frames (they are the only game in town that carries a good selection) and to discuss progressive lenses. Arlene spend over an hour with me explaining the progressive lenses and taking numerous measurements to make sure everything was correct.<br>The new glasses were ready in about a week and she got them fitted perfectly.<br>Bottom line if you're in the market for new glasses or if you're not satisfied with your current optician, give Arlene a call and make an appointment to stop in.
