Dr Walker is a GREAT doctor! My family and I have been going there since 2008. it did seem that he had some problems with staffing during the pandemic, but i just visited his office and I had a great experience! his staff were friendly and very helpful!

I have been a patient of Dr walker for a decade and Dr walker is fantastic but their customer service is lacking to say the least. I have worked in customer service for 8years and if I ever spoke/argued with a client the way I was spoken to I would have been asked to leave on the spot. My family has always loved his practice, staff was nice and helpful, but recently new staff has been hired and we feel some do not reflect Dr walkers typical standards with the way they conduct buisness.

My family and I have seen dr walker for over a decade.Dr walker is clear and explains in detail and is very patience with questions.He takes his time to make sure you’re comfortable and understanding. With his new staff, we decided to call it quits. Instead of explaining what these different charges are! They decided to argue. There are too many extra charges and when asked what these charges are for !? Our response back is with an attitude and argument.Honestly! I don’t think dr walker is aware of what’s happening!
