We use the self-washing service and it's really helpful to have that space to ourselves when we're giving all three dogs a bath. It's also convenient that they provide everything; shampoo, brushes, towels. No doubt we will keep using this service.“

“I started taking my labradoodle to Shelby and Brittany years ago when they were at a different pup spa. I was upset when they left there, and then SO happy to find them at Barking Around Town. I know doodle hair is hard to cut and maintain, but they always make her look like a star! Can’t recommend enough.“

“Honestly my one dog is so bad at getting his nails cut that other groomers have said sorry we can’t get to his nails he didn’t let us. Theresa, the owner, has never said that. She makes sure she gets them cut and my dog listens to her. She also doesn’t make him bleed like you would think since he is so bad with it. She somehow makes him stay still. Literally thank god for her because without her I wouldn’t have anyone who would cut my dog pacos nails.“

Nikki is kind, thoroughly explains and communicates any necessary info and most importantly is patient and understanding of our sweet boy Moose. We could not ask for a better grooming experience.“

“Jay and her daughter are wonderful animal lovers. I have been using this kennel for 20 plus years and they have always been super nice to my boxers over the years. My latest is now almost 12 and white named Louie . He is Feisty one but they manage him well. They take extra care with his quirks. Nothing but good experiences. They give a groom each stay and he comes out smelling so wonderful and nails clipped. Don’t know why some bad reviews. Doesn’t not make sense to me.“
