“Absolutely awesome.
I called to make an appointment to get my new kittens nails cut. There was a lady that had open spots within a day or 2 of when I called. They schedule cats near the end of the day so the dogs are done and the cats came be taken in. She came out to the car took 1 cat in at a time and they were both done within 15 minutes. Very quick efficient friendly polite and great to deal with. Beyond a reasonable price. I'd highly recommend them to anyone that has cats. I will 100% return there to have my cats taken care of. ????“

“I hope they are around forever because I don’t want to take my dog anywhere else ever again. I have a standard poodle and have been struggling to find a good groomer. I’ve been to several in the area and have gotten ridiculously expensive grooming bills for sub par grooming and bad experiences. I was referred to Pam’s by our former groomer who sold her shop and I am so happy with the results. The communication from Pam’s, the grooming job, and the pricing are all excellent.“

“Pierogi, Pickles, & Iggy had a blast at their first boarding stay at Paws in the Paws. The owners Kyle & Tammy were both ER Vet Techs. That made me extremely confident leaving my beloved pets with them. I like their boarding facility. Their home is in the front. The kennel is in back. They have a big dog area & space seperate for the smaller dogs. They have a huge astrotuff play yard for group play & individual time with staff. My Doberman is a Service dog & unaltered. Many places wont accept unaltered males. I paid a small fee for staff to take him out by himself every day to play. For healthy growth Im waiting to neuter until age 2 so Im glad I had them as an option. We also had our two small dogs there. They boarded them together. Discount for same kennel too! The staff took them out as well to play since my Italian Greyhound is 7LBs with snap like a twig delicate legs. Our Dachshund played with him since I dont want other dogs running over the Wein's back. Paws in the Park has very fair pricing. Some of these other places are stupid expensive with rules that make you not want to be bothered with the hassle. Pierogi has tapped ears. Another place told me I couldnt bring him there in posts. Kyle had no issue with it. I had a friend close by too if his ears needed redone anyway. I was very pleased at pickup as well. Marina their employee that has worked there for 4 yrs was a sweetheart!!! Great with people & the dogs. She actually took a few minutes for each dog to give me a full report card about how they ate, played, & behaved while there. She personally had taken my dogs out for a lot of their 1 on 1 interactions. She genuinely seemed like she enjoyed them which made me feel good as an owner. They played but they mostly wanted to love on her & be cuddled. Ill pay for that too knowing that made them happy at their stay. They keep detailed notes on each pet on file. They returned all of my dogs items clean in a bag. Even the dogs were cleaner than I expected at P/U being in a kennel a week. I bathe them anyway coming home from a space thats shared with other dogs. They took some awesome pics of my boys! They also board cats. They have a cat area in their home away from the dogs which is less stressful for kitties. Im going away international come fall. Ill be calm knowing theyre in good hands!“

“I've taken all of my dogs to this veterinary hospital since 2004. I've had a positive experience each time over the last 20+ years. The staff is friendly and all of my questions are answered in detail to me. I will continue to come here for all of my pets needs!“

“Great shop, have used Animal Elegance for several years now and have always been happy with their service. Good communication about drop off times and when the dogs are done. Our dogs do really well with them and have gotten to know them and always come back looking sharp. It’s a smaller operation so they tend to book out a little ways but they are happy to book out at regular intervals for grooming. Prices are very fair by comparison to commercial grooming shops at Petsmart etc.“

“Just moved to the area, and didn't know what groomer to go with. I have a full size 70 pound goldendoodle for reference. It took awhile but they had a large volume of dogs, and they also warned it may be awhile. I did not mind this one bit. He was groomed better than any other groomer I had ever taken him to, and the price was amazing. I would usually expect to pay $150 for full service (bath, cut, nails, ears, sanitary trim...). Before tip price was just under $100. Everyone was super friendly, and my boy Cooper looked so handsome when he was done. Candelores definitely earned a 5 star review from Cooper and myself. They gained a repeat customer!“

“Honestly my one dog is so bad at getting his nails cut that other groomers have said sorry we can’t get to his nails he didn’t let us. Theresa, the owner, has never said that. She makes sure she gets them cut and my dog listens to her. She also doesn’t make him bleed like you would think since he is so bad with it. She somehow makes him stay still. Literally thank god for her because without her I wouldn’t have anyone who would cut my dog pacos nails.“

“I've never paid $100 to have my dog groomed before, but I've also never experienced such a good grooming service. They were EXCELLENT and so detailed with their work. My dog's fur smelled and felt amazing, their nails were clipped and buffed, their ears were cleaned, and their hair was perfectly even and fluffy. I like to emphasize that their hair felt clean because I've had my dogs groomed before and their fur still felt dusty and dirty after, like they had just sprayed cologne on a dirty dog. But not here!
They were also very friendly and cheerful. They clearly love what they do and are great at it.

“As a former candalore employee (years ago) I'd have to say I was always bias to my own location n how well we did our pooches. But monongahela hit it out the park today ! I got there first thing this morning. Now originally I had went to the finleyville location, and they refused me as a customer because they told me my dog needed shaved completely down due to some matting in her hair. Being a former employee, I knew that she did not need shaved down so therefore, after the disagreement that the manager and I had, I left and went to the monongahela location. They took my moms dog right in. Np... gave my mom exactly what she was looking for. Nothing fancy. Just a nice summer cut. Thank you ....Bella, Angelo ...Haley.. I believe (if not Haley I'm so sorry) yall did a wonderful job and my mom loved it. Thanks again. Ill be bringing ALL my dogs to the monongahela location moving forward!“
