Aunt Jayne's Groom Room

I visited Aunt Jayne with my dogs today 4/10/24. As I leave this review they are so content resting after their spa day. I waited with my dogs and saw the amazing care they were given with Jayne and Mike. I was allowed to stay with my dogs to try to keep them comfortable, but I know now that I can leave them with Aunt Jayne and they will be okay. Before my appointment I talked to Jayne on the phone and she answered each and every question I had. We were talking for quite some time and she seemed happy to help me with anything I needed. I got recommendations for treats and tooth care because I needed advice. In my opinion Jayne is a small town woman with a small town business...read full review

Very kind and empathetic staff, very large and spacious workspace, smart features like double gates to prevent accidental escapes. She also grooms cats which a lot of groomers don't have the skill to do.

We took our 13 year old Pomeranian to Aunt Jayne's Groom Room for a bath and full groom, and we are so happy with the results!! We consider him special needs because he has severe osteoarthritis and can't tolerate much twisting snd stretching, but Jayne was so caring and gentle with him, that he did not seem sore at all afterward and is finally free of his matted fur and looks cute too. We have not taken him to be groomed for 1-1/2 years, because he couldn't walk for 2 weeks after his last grooming elsewhere and we thought that it would be too painful for him, but Jayne has come to the rescue. Thank you Jayne!!
