“Jay and her daughter are wonderful animal lovers. I have been using this kennel for 20 plus years and they have always been super nice to my boxers over the years. My latest is now almost 12 and white named Louie . He is Feisty one but they manage him well. They take extra care with his quirks. Nothing but good experiences. They give a groom each stay and he comes out smelling so wonderful and nails clipped. Don’t know why some bad reviews. Doesn’t not make sense to me.“

“I recently boarded my Lab at the North Versailles location and I could not have asked for a better experience. From getting established as a customer to the final checkout everything was easy. All the staff were super friendly and professional. The facility was clean, organized, and had a friendly vibe. I called and checked in a few times while I was away which was not a problem! My dog looked happy and healthy when I picked him up! Highly recommend!“
