“We love Walker’s Pet Hotail! Our Charlie is loving but sometimes particular and Walkers welcomes him with open arms. He has been to daycare and boarded and has always left happy and TIRED. Its very clean, no smells, and the receptionist is always so pleasant. I do make phone calls and check on him when boarded and they are always willing to give a quick update. The play areas have indoor and outdoor spaces with 3 separate play areas depending on size and personality. They also have small play areas and walking paths for the pups who enjoy their alone time. Ive never boarded a cat however their homes appear comfy, clean, and a lot of window space for the cats to peer out. Go in for a tour and see for yourself!“

“I visited Aunt Jayne with my dogs today 4/10/24. As I leave this review they are so content resting after their spa day. I waited with my dogs and saw the amazing care they were given with Jayne and Mike. I was allowed to stay with my dogs to try to keep them comfortable, but I know now that I can leave them with Aunt Jayne and they will be okay. Before my appointment I talked to Jayne on the phone and she answered each and every question I had. We were talking for quite some time and she seemed happy to help me with anything I needed. I got recommendations for treats and tooth care because I needed advice. In my opinion Jayne is a small town woman with a small town business and I am happy she is close to home. “I boarded two of my dogs here in October 2023 when I went away on vacation! I was interested in this place because it’s close to my house but I also loved that the owners live right on the property and are right there with the dogs! I knew they would be in great hands and well taken care of! I also love that they take pictures daily when they play with your dogs and post them on Facebook so it’s like you’re watching them too! I called a few times to check in and they always answered!!! Next time I go away I will definitely be bringing them back here and I would recommend this place to others too!!“

“6 years, 3 different training facilities, CBD, and doggie Prozac with no results. We were so desperate to find help for our girl so we decided to stop in to Convergent and just have a conversation. Dog training is not “one size fits all” and this was the first time that a trainer listened to what we needed and built a program specifically for our dog. Chip did a free evaluation which consisted of him coming to my home to really get to know and understand my dog in her environment. One of the previous trainers we hired took $150 for an in home evaluation, told me to get a can of pet corrector and a prong collar for a dog with fear and anxiety. We made the decision to go all in and take a chance on Chip, Brittney and team and the results have been amazing! We have gone from a dog that would lunge at cars, bark at birds and leaves and anything that move, and lose her sh!t if we had to pass another dog to a calm, well behaved dog that stays at my hip with no pulling. She is still a work in progress and Chip continues to spend time with us outside of the facility. We even take trips to Home Depot and I got a compliment from a stranger about how well trained my dog was. Never in a million years would I have thought we could even step foot inside a store with my dog. Chip and team have given us a dog that we can now enjoy instead of keeping her locked up in the house. They also offered to work with my other dog that needs a few manner adjustments. You will not be disappointed with this team and you will see results because they care.“

“My puppy/ dog has been to the groomer 2 times. The new location is beautiful. Wonderful group of ladies that love , love the animals they are grooming and caring for. My dog is still learning to interact with others. So that is progress. Parking is no complaint lots of spaces are available. Just be careful The groomer ( Zoe) has been very attentive to my request.“

“Karen use to cut my dogs nails years ago before she passed away. I taking my other dog today for a nail trim. Karen is such a sweet lady. She even remember me from years ago. She does grooming too but I always just got the nails trim. U have to call and leave a message and she will get back to u to make appointment. No walk in just appointment only. Karen was great with my dog. My dog got anxiety issues and was attacked when he was a puppy. He don’t trust no another dog since then. I plan on bringing my dog every month for a nail trim.“
