I'm admittedly a little particular about where I take my dog (Honey) to get groomed. Ultimately, she is going to be nervous no matter where we go so it’s my responsibility to research a groomer who will treat her with care.
Rachel greeted me with such care, passion, and attention to detail that I immediately felt that Honey would be in good hands. She started by asking a series of questions to make sure that she understood exactly what I was looking for, any needs, her ideas, and more. My comfort was further validated on pick up.
