“Great shop, have used Animal Elegance for several years now and have always been happy with their service. Good communication about drop off times and when the dogs are done. Our dogs do really well with them and have gotten to know them and always come back looking sharp. It’s a smaller operation so they tend to book out a little ways but they are happy to book out at regular intervals for grooming. Prices are very fair by comparison to commercial grooming shops at Petsmart etc.“

I came in around 4 after my dog had been running around Frick Park and was super dirty, and the owner was incredibly kind and welcoming and still took us in. She was so sweet and helpful, which made the whole visit even better. The place was clean, well set up. I recommend highly!!“

“We just moved into the area a few months ago and were looking for a new groomer for our three poodles. Karen was booked out when I first reached out (a great sign), but we were added to a cancellation list. My dogs had their first appointment this week and everything was great.

The pups look great. Karen was communicative throughout the whole process and sent updates and photos as well. My dogs did great with her which tells me she made them feel safe and comfortable! Karen was also understanding when I was running a few minutes behind on a hectic day.

“I’m from out of town. I have a white Persian cat and I needed to find someone to groom him. My sister had recommended Joyce whom she had met. I called Joyce. She was so so nice on the phone. I was really looking forward to see her. Her history grooming. Animals was impressive.. so I dropped my cat off and I came back to pick them up within an hour. He looked beautiful, so so handsome she did such an amazing job. She didn’t need to use a cone. She believes that her in the cat bond and she hold her cat close to her as she groom them she gains there total total trust. My cat came home. He’s strutting around the house. He loves loves loves his haircut. I can’t say enough about Joyce, but thank you so much for taking care of him. He means a lot to me if anyone needs a cat groomer that would take care of your cat like it’s theirs Joyce is the one. I’m from New York and there’s only one other groomer that my cat trusted as much as Joyce. I highly highly recommend her thank you, Joyce.“

I have an Irish Red and White Setter that is both shown for conformation and works in the field and has specific requirements for grooming and Brooke was open to FaceTiming my breeder to make sure she was doing everything right before a show weekend.“
