I travel 40+ minutes each way to see Dr. Klein and the team (with 2 vets literally within 2 miles of my home) because of the relationship I have with this office and excellent care Animal Medical Center consistently extends to me and my pet.“

“So grateful to have this wonderful team taking care of my 4 senior dogs! They take the time to investigate and learn everything they can about our pets. We never feel rushed and no question is ever treated as stupid or dismissed. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. The one time my daughter was late, they were concerned and not punitive. She’d tripped over the dog’s leash and fell causing the delay. They offered her some gauze and kind words when she arrived with bloodied hands and knees. We’re almost always on time. Maybe being late to appointments at our old practice was because we were met with such indifferent hostility for not keeping on their 15 min per visit schedule. Valley Vet takes the time necessary to treat your pet not worried with rushing you out the door.“

“I recently moved about 25 minutes away from this vet and decided to take my senior cat there based on excellent reviews. It's a busy practice with multiple vets but I never felt rushed. My cats appointment was with Dr. Pauling, who was excellent. He took his time and explained things and I left feeling like my cat will be well cared for in this practice.“

“Everyone is warm, helpful and engaging. The doc is incredibly thorough and confirms that you understand everything he is explaining. He is willing to modify any treatment that you are not comfortable with, but is clear what his preferential treatment is. He and his techs keep you cost updated as you go, which is incredibly helpful. The visit is followed up with a complete summary via email, and any questions you have can be texted or emailed in return. A follow up visit is scheduled, and everyone is accessible anytime that you have questions. Highly recommend!!!“

“They are friendly and good with animals. 2 issues are apparently the front desk, and the vets don't communicate. I get a quote for how much and what's to be done, and they always ask me. They are expensive, and that is why pet owners neglect they're pet. Not because they want to, but anytime you bring a pet to here expect to pay 300 to 1000 dollars, easily!“

“We switched vets because this is much closer to our home. So far every visit has been smooth and also affordable! Our chow Sandy had a dental with 11 teeth removed…much needed! We plan on switching the rest of our crew over as well! One important factor I love is they require you to call when you arrive. We have been seeing her for a few years and she is so sweet (as is her assistant!) and treats Gracie with kindness and love.
