The team is incredibly blown away by the customer service, compassion, empathy, kindness, and support that is continuously demonstrated during an extremely emotional time. My 14 year old kitty, Missy, had a traumatic accident on Wednesday.
We were seen first thing on Thursday by Vet Tech, Elizabeth, and Dr. Porter. X-rays were taken, meds were prescribed. Missy received a comprehensive diagnosis and care. She is taking her meds, eating and improving everyday. I’m so thankful for the wonderful care and support I received.
We have been going to this practice for over 25 years and they have seen us through 5 dogs and 6 cats. Recently Dr. Dobbins performed surgery on a mass on my dog's foot that proved benign. She and the whole staff have always been incredibly professional, helpful and sympathetic. We have gone to them for new pet appointments, yearly check ups, emergencies, and when we have had to put pets down. I trust them.
So grateful to have this wonderful team taking care of my 4 senior dogs! They take the time to investigate and learn everything they can about our pets. We never feel rushed and no question is ever treated as stupid or dismissed. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. The one time my daughter was late, they were concerned and not punitive. She’d tripped over the dog’s leash and fell causing the delay. They offered her some gauze and kind words when she arrived with bloodied hands and knees. We’re almost always on time.
