I’ve been with SV for about three years now. I had two cats who were seen regularly. Appointments are easy to schedule and the front desk staff is kind and helpful. I’ve seen a few different doctors, vet techs, and support staff over the years. I have not one complaint. When we had to let my 18 year old cat go, they did it with compassion, dignity and respect. We all worked really hard to give that old man a great quality of life.
Our other cat, also about 18, has needed more and more care-recently an emergent appointment that was scheduled, and then she was in a room being seen, within an hour and a half. I was very grateful.
Only been here 3 times so far, but I'm very pleased with everything about this place. The office has a nice vibe, the staff are very friendly and I definitely feel like they care about our puppy. He was treated like their own. He was so excited to go for his 3rd visit. So happy with the service!

These guys are great and truly care about the animals that come into our office. I appreciate their logical approach and theyve been so helpful as we've had concerns pop up with our first dog.
