“Absolutely a wonderful team of loving and knowledgeable staff!! Our 8 year old pup was having GI issues with bleeding and brought her into their urgent care. Dr. Monroe was so sweet on the phone after explaining my worry about our not dog friendly stress ball doggy coming into the office. They made sure she was alone and no risk of other animals there. Beth was with her most of the visit and was victim to her crazy anxiety and stress. Both Dr. Monroe and Beth were so loving to her and were the epitome of calm and caring. “My 15 year-old cat Harry had slowly been losing weight for several months. My vet here in New Jersey did some blood work which came back normal and told me the weight loss was most likely due to a food preference issue. I tried some different foods and Harry continued to lose weight. My vet ordered an ultrasound of Harry's abdomen and told me he was sure Harry had lymphoma based on the ultrasound results. The only treatment offered was symptomatic treatment with steroids. I wanted a second opioion and options for chemotherapy if Harry indeed had cancer, and found Blue Pearl in Malvern.Because Harry's cancer diagnosis was presumptive and not definitive, I was referred to veterinary internist Dr. Peralta. She ordered extensive bloodwork, a new ultrasound, and eventually a biopsy that did not show lymphoma. Harry is now being treated for an inflammatory bowel process, has gained back over a pound, and is more spry and energetic than he's been in the last couple of years.I can't say enough about the level of care Harry has gotten from Dr. Peralta and the team at Blue Pearl in Malvern. They have been 100% on point with everything to the extent that I was assigned a unique text message number just for communication about Harry. Dr. Peralta has spent more time with me and has been more thorough than any medical provider I've ever had for myself or any animal in my life. Her nurse Alexa responds quickly to any questions or issues I have. Blue Pearl is expensive, but you get what you pay for and if you love your pet like I love my beautiful Harry, the cost is well worth knowing you are getting the absolute best veterinary care available.“

“Foxfield Vet was so incredible and always took such amazing care of our pup, whether it was due to an emergency or just a routine annual appointment. We moved and had to switch vets otherwise I would never take our dog anywhere else!! They are extremely attentive and caring, and the front desk staff is wonderful as well (they always called after an appointment to check up on how our dog was doing, even just after getting a vaccine or nail trim). We will miss coming here!!“

“My first phone call to VORSC was met with professionalism and caring. I was able to secure an appointment immediately. The doctor and staff are caring, kind and compassionate. They understand how much we love our pets. Dr Jeglum called me even before I had my appointment to discuss the case. “CAUTION, PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU DECIDE ........Our dog got very sick.Upon taking him to this vet we were told we coukd pay $150.00 for quick blood and get answers in 30 minutes instead of waiting for days.This quick test was gunna tell us if anything very serious was wrong with his organs,well we got the results and were told that they didn't aee anything that woukd cause concern,that his liver and kidneys were fine. We were sent home with steroids. Well our dog died within 7 days of our visit,when we called to let the vet know we were told that our dog was very very sick . The lady on the phone said she can see in our chart that someone tried to send us an email but it never went through,but no further effort was givin to try and contact us...... Uuuummmmm WHAT!......she said sorry and that is it,they had no answers as to why nobody ever tried to call us,or even make an effort to reach us in any way what so ever,nor did we get an answer as to why we paid extra money for fast blood work that obviously either doesn't really work,OR the test was never even looked at in this office. He may have died anyways but at least we would have known the outcome,instead we were living on a dream and a prayer,(and the word of our vet)that he was gunna be ok. In conclusion I thought it be important to let others know or at least have some information before relying on these so called " fast results" tests,to not put all your eggs in that basket. Someone dropped the ball on this one,and our dog isn't around to run after that ball or any other ball again.BTW we were never givin a refund and we have never heard from this office again. Hopefully one day they will realize that our animals are our children,their lives and care should be taken seriously as if they were humans cuz their loss cuts us just as deep“
