K & M Home Center
“Where do I even begin?
After researching several local companies for our kitchen renovation, we ultimately chose K&M Home Center, and we couldn't be happier with that decision.
From the moment we walked through the door, Jess Keller welcomed us and made us feel comfortable. She took the time to walk us through all of our options without any pressure and made what could have been an overwhelming process feel easy and enjoyable.
Jess's level of care, attention to detail, and customer service was exceptional. She answered every one of my 10,000 questions promptly and professionally. There were times I felt like I was probably being a nuisance, but she was always patient, responsive, and willing to help. She covered every detail from start to finish and made sure nothing was overlooked.
What impressed us most was how closely Jess worked with the installer throughout the entire process. She didn't just sell us a kitchen and disappear—she stayed involved every step of the way, coordinating with Travis to ensure every detail was covered down to a T. Her communication, follow-through, and commitment to making sure everything was done correctly gave us tremendous confidence and peace of mind.
Now that our kitchen is fully installed, we couldn't be happier with the final result. The quality exceeded our expectations. Travis, our installer, was equally impressive. His craftsmanship, attention to detail, and pride in his work were evident throughout the entire installation process.
What started as a very stressful situation became a smooth and enjoyable experience thanks to Jess and the entire K&M team. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to customer satisfaction were evident from beginning to end.
We highly recommend K&M Home Center to anyone considering a kitchen project. Be sure to ask for Jess Keller—you'll be in excellent hands!”
