“Superb experience from start to finish. This was for a floating LVP floor installation in an office of about 185 sq/ft. My contact was Nasim Athari who was very helpful, patient with my questions, and super responsive by both phone and email. I changed my mind multiple times during the process and Floors Etc. just rolled with it. The install scheduling was easy. The installation itself was done professionally and in about half a day. Chris, in sales, was excellent to work with and offered insights, etc. on the type of carpet we needed for our lifestyle, etc. We were only going to get 1 room done, but he offered a deal on 2 rooms, so we said yes. We were scheduled right away with no problem. The installers were prompt, efficient, and took care when moving some of the heavy furniture that I couldn't move and protected the floors where they placed the furniture. The install was quick and looks beautiful! We would definitely use them again when we remodel the basement and install carpet.“
