I have worked with Jim and Baltimore Rug & Carpet Cleaning for over 5 years. Jim completes unit turnover carpet cleaning, hallway carpet cleaning, common area carpet cleaning and dye work for the business I manage downtown. Jim has also cleaned multiple antique rugs for me in my home. Jim is a pleasure to work with. He is communicative, honest, punctual and very fairly priced. And most importantly, he is an expert at what he does. Highly recommend.
Jim did an amazing job with two of our rugs! He came out, did an estimate, talked to us about how our rugs were made and how he was going to clean them. He then rolled them up and took them to his shop. He sent us videos of the rugs being cleaned. He then brought them back in like new condition and re "installed" them into the room. Great prices. Great quality. You are in great hands with Jim and his crew. Would highly recommend and would use for all of my future rug cleaning needs.
We hired jim for the 2nd time now. He does grade A work. He's very responsive and informative. He was on time and checked in with us several times before he came to make sure that we were still good to go for the cleaning. He arrived early and called to make sure it was OK for him to arrive early. The carpets look great and I will be using his services again when it comes time to have my carpets steam cleaned. Thanks Jim for being professional in these times when professionalism gets overlooked.
