Last weekend a family of yellow jackets decided my house was a perfect place to stay. I could have contacted the big companies but after reading the reviews I know I needed to support a local business. They returned my call immediately set up time and was here when stated. Had them clean our cloth awning which was terribly moldy and filthy. Fernando was *awesome* - it took multiple passes with the power washer to even make a dent in the filth on that awning and he kept at it until the awning was clean. It was clear that this is a guy who really enjoys his work and enjoys doing it well! Price was very reasonable given the extent of the work involved. Definitely will use them to power wash the deck next spring and will ask for Fernando! Highly recommend.
Nov 2023 Dwayne Steele, licensed contractor recently remodeled---our master bathroom. Dwayne's workmanship is outstanding. He is super easy to work with and he explains the remodeling process every step of the way. No surprises. Excellent job! Every time we walk into our bathroom ---it is like we are walking into a luxury spa. We LOVE our new master bathroom!!! Totally satisfied customer. The staff at Cloud 9 did a wonderful job taking care of my sister, mom, mother-in-law and myself for my Sept 2nd wedding nails. They were sweet, professional and accommodating. I’ve worked with Grossman’s for a several different reasons and have had wonderful experiences every time. They have taken care of some poison ivy in my yard, are quarterly keeping my garage pest free, and came out when a yellow jacket nest in my house siding was causing yellow jackets to get into the house (and despite the short notice, they managed to squeeze me in incredibly quickly for this one). Every single initial interaction with them has been extremely professional, the communication has been excellent, and the quoted prices are very fair. Ceil is amazing to work with. She ensures that you have the information you need and goes above and beyond to help. The results of their work speak for themselves. Byron goes above and beyond to make sure that the problem is completely solved and that all of your standards and expectations are met. My husband and I had used a different local tax preparer for the last few years. They were HORRIBLE lack of communication, anytime we called them it felt like we were bothering them. We had to follow up constantly and all around we just did not feel welcome. We were recommended to Susquehanna Tax Solutions by a few family members and we worked with Tim and his wife. Both are very friendly and welcoming, and Tim KNOWS HIS STUFF! I had an issue where my employer entered our tax codes wrong and I would have had no idea had Tim not throughly looked through our taxes with us. He was not only patient but he also educated us and I was able to get the codes corrected with my employer. I not only love supporting small businesses but love the family atmosphere. 10/10 highly recommend!
THE BEST. Truly. You will never find better.Our family needed service 2x in as many weeks (different problem both times) and each time it was serious, well pump and then sewer. Each time we were provided EXCELLENT service. The entire company treats you like a real person with a real problem. Fast, professional, and they knew what to do. Over and above my expectations. Great people and affordable prices. They did great dental work on my boxer dog. Additionally, they were able to cut toenails on my other dog when 3 other facilities couldn't without sedating her. The place is small but the people have huge hearts for our pets!
