“These guys did absolutely incredible work to restore 130 year old pine floors that were in really rough shape. I can't believe how well they turned out. The only issue I ran into was with scheduling, they didn't get out until 3 weeks after the date the gave me and since we did the whole house it was a bit difficult to have everything out without knowing when they'd come. But wow, the results were just so worth everything. I really didn't even know if the floor would be able to be finished and they did so well, and for a really good price. Great work“

They answered all of our questions and give us a timeline for the installation. Installation went well, and we are extremely pleased! So much that we decided to have them come back and replace two more bathroom floors with ceramic tile in one and luxury vinyl tile in the other. Rick and his team allowed for sufficient flexibility in the design process, but also offered thoughtful suggestions based on their professional experience.We rehired Creation Services for a bathroom remodel project this past September (2023) and are again extremely happy with the results.
