“After Top Notch installed replaced the carpet on our stairs with hardwood a few years ago, they were our first call when it was time to replace the rest of our flooring. I wasn't super clear on what I was looking for, and Nicole patiently walked me through all of our options and answered lots of questions as we arrived on our final selection. She made the whole selection process much easier and more approachable - I couldn't have done it without her! Not to mention Jamie in the showroom - he was great and super helpful, too! As fabulous as the sales team was, Devin Whipp was our installer - and he was truly amazing. His attention to detail was masterfully skilled - every transition and trim piece was meticulously placed, and the care he took to make sure our floors would last a lifetime was wonderful. Our new floors are BEAUTIFUL. Better than I imagined.“
