From beginning to end though, Eric was there to help guide me through the process and know what I should expect to happen next. There were ZERO hold-up's on their end. The longest part of the process was waiting for my HOA to approve the replacement that they were requiring me to get! The entire team was a pleasure to work with, whether via email, or in person. On the day of installation, the owner came out to introduce himself, thank me for choosing them to complete the job, and assure me that if I had any questions and/or issues after the install was complete, I should feel free to reach out. And when there was what could have been a slight issue on the day of installation, I contacted Eric, and the owner showed up, almost immediately, to make sure it was resolved, thereby eliminating the possibility of the item even becoming an issue. I even received a nice little package after everything was completed, just to thank me again for choosing them. After hearing horror stories from others who have had their roofs replaced, I must admit, I was extremely nervous about the process. But working with their team, it was a breeze! If you're needing your roof replaced, I highly recommend North Star Roofing! Their price is extremely competitive, you have a contact, who actually gets back to you, throughout the whole process, the team was quick and efficient on the day of install, and they cleaned up after themselves better than any other contractor that I've hired to do exterior work on my house!
