Bill has installed two flat roofs and has handled a few miscellaneous weather related issues over the past 30+ years. He has stood behind every single job he’s ever done. Customers have been dealing with a cracked skylight for many many years and were reluctant to replace it because they were afraid that all the interior plaster would break off when removing it. Bill assured them that he would be very careful when he took off the old skylight and that there would be no damage, and he was right. They now have a beautiful new insulated Velux skylight. He does excellent work, with very fair prices, and he's a really nice guy and a pleasure to work with. They highly recommend his company. They had the team come and replace two flat roofs on their properties and some repair another one last year. They came out this week to address a few things from last year's job, but nothing major. Responsive, communicative, and good quality. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for.
Honest, Professional, Caring, Knowledgeable what else can we say about Bill Henkel and BHC. We hired Bill late August to replace our roof, Bill estimated the job would be done by early to mid October and here it is October 25th and a Well Done Job is completed and our Roof looks great. The Crew were non stop workers and their clean up was excellent, our property looks just like it did before they started the job with the exception of a New Beautiful Roof. I'm impressed with this company. I had a sudden leak, and they came to check it out promptly. Bill explained the problem and what they would do very clearly. Within two weeks, the crew came and did a very thorough job, with attention to aesthetics as well as function. It was a bit of a complicated job, with slate tiles and a high gutter with a wooden support. The head of the crew was very patient in explaining just what they were doing. They gave the work a lot of time, and cleaned up afterwards. This will be my go-to roofing company from now on.
