Communication from the initial inspection through a detailed explanation of the estimate was outstanding. When the crew ran into some unexpected issues during the process they figured out how to correct them and get back on track quickly. In the process they found the original roof made up of cedar shakes that was covered with sheets of tin and then 6 or 7 layers of cheap ‘quick fix’ repairs.
