I would recommend Shan's to anyone who needs great, quality work at a good price. They worked their tail off replacing my 26 year old roof and repairing the gutters at my house. No problems, they did exactly what they quoted me to do and the owner came out himself to inspect before, during and after. And after a 12 hour day, you would not have even known they were there thanks to the precise clean-up they did.

My experience with Mr. Shan was GREAT! A number of years ago he replaced the gutters on my home. He did a great job and when it was time for a new roof I called Mr. Shan. Mr. Shan came to do the job when he said he would come, and he finished the job when he said it would be finished--trustworthy! He did a thorough job on the roof, sending pictures when he located problems and making suggestions and repairs to address those problems. The cleanup was perfect! Mr. Shan and his crew are a conscientious and respectful team. Oh, by the way, the gutters did NOT need to be replaced because he did a thorough, conscientious job when he put them on!!!
