“I've never had to replace a roof before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. From beginning to end though, Eric was there to help guide me through the process and know what I should expect to happen next. There were ZERO hold-up's on their end. The longest part of the process was waiting for my HOA to approve the replacement that they were requiring me to get! The entire team was a pleasure to work with, whether via email, or in person. On the day of installation, the owner came out to introduce himself, thank me for choosing them to complete the job, and assure me that if I had any questions and/or issues after the install was complete, I should feel free to reach out. And when there was what could have been a slight issue on the day of installation, I contacted Eric, and the owner showed up, almost immediately, to make sure it was resolved, thereby eliminating the possibility of the item even becoming an issue. I even received a nice little package after everything was completed, just to thank me again for choosing them. “I’ve had work done by G Fedale on three occasions, and my experience was positive in all cases. They replaced my gutters, working under contract with my neighborhood’s HOA. Later I contracted with them individually to install gutter guards on a portion of my gutters. There was an issue with this work initially, and they came back promptly and without argument and resolved the issue. Most recently they blew leaves out of my “unguarded” gutters. This work was done under the terms of their $99 December promotion. Their courteous and thorough technician Khazier handled the job and provided me with pictures.“

“I Had my roof , siding , gutters and everything done. Jon was very informative about how bad our roof was .(and it was very very bad ) I knew that before I called around. He worked with me throughout the whole process and tried to save me money wherever he could. His workers could not have been nicer they were very prompt and on time and worked very hard throughout the days . He’s very thorough and detail oriented. He actually did things he didn’t have to do (Free of charge ) just so everything would look uniform when he was finished. I would recommend economic Roofing to everyone. They were one of three estimates all around the same price I had , but I knew as soon as I sat and talked to Jon He was the one I was going to have do the job . So glad I did .“

“Initially called Prime when we had water running down our living room wall from a failed roof seal on the soil pipe. They came out and replaced it quickly- which stopped the leak. We then spoke to Bernie and got an estimate for a new roof. The estimate was very fair. They also installed new skylights and gutters. On the install day the Crew was excellent. Four years ago when I had a leak, Joe advised me to repair vs replace the roof (he was the only roofer of three I called who came out and gave me a thoughtful estimate that considered repair vs immediately jumping to replacing it). The repair has held up for four years and counting!

Most recently, I had Primo come out to inspect my roof for vulnerabilities after my nextdoor neighbor experienced a wildlife intrusion through her roof vent. I was concerned my roof might wind up the animal's next target, since I have the same style vent. Joe and his team went up on the roof and told me my vent is completely sealed, took pictures of it, and reassured me I don't need to do anything to safeguard it. They easily could have told me I needed work when I didn't, but they handled the situation in an honest, ethical way! Would definitely recommend them.“

“I have called Joe Cochrane to my home several times over the last 3 years since I bought this house. He has always responded in a timely manner to my phone calls and repair needs. Previous to tornado Ida, he repaired the flashing around my chimney that was allowing water to damage a wall inside the house. He also installed leaf protectors on my drain pipes. After tornado Ida, he answered my call immediately and worked to protect any further damage from occurring and then repaired the roof. they offered suggestions on on fascia that potentially needed to be repaired and a gutter that was hanging off the house that i did not see and took care of it
