Best experience I've had with a contractor. Great price, excellent workmanship, excellent communication. Charles keeps his word, met the timelines and worked with me the whole way and did a great job. 5 stars and I'll use him again when needed. I'd recommend him to everyone.

Had a new roof and gutters put on by Nealman Construction a week ago. Charles and his team were a pleasure to work with, prompt and reliable. Charles, also, was the only one who went up on my roof before giving me an estimate. He found that my chimney needed better flashing and recommended way to stop water running down side of chimney. They also located other problem areas on my roof and protected with ice shield and ice dam. Clean up was exceptional. The price was reasonable.

Nealman Construction replaced my roof and gutters for me. They were quick to respond with my inquiry, provided a reasonable price compared to 5 other companies, and quickly (within 2 weeks of signing contract) got started and completed the job. During a vent install they found that there was a mold issue. Charles provided me several options. More importantly, he explained each option and allowed me to make an independent choice. Despite this setback, they still completed the job in a day. Cleanup of the site was great and today, my family and I have a beautiful new roof, gutters and peace of mind.
