I saw them out there and had an issue with mine that I wanted to get checked out, and they offered to take a look for me! They assessed the whole roof, sent me pictures and video, and then the owner Jim took the time himself to call me and explain the situation. Jim was very knowledgeable and honest—he didn’t try to push unnecessary work and they provided me with a very affordable quote compared to what I estimated based on my own research. When they did the roof work, they were very efficient and clean! Again, they sent updated pictures and videos and Jim spoke to me directly again about the updates. I am a new first-time homeowner, so I really appreciated how responsive, helpful, and honest Jim and his team were. They are a 10/10 and I would recommend them to anyone!“

“I have called Joe Cochrane to my home several times over the last 3 years since I bought this house. He has always responded in a timely manner to my phone calls and repair needs. Previous to tornado Ida, he repaired the flashing around my chimney that was allowing water to damage a wall inside the house. He also installed leaf protectors on my drain pipes. After tornado Ida, he answered my call immediately and worked to protect any further damage from occurring and then repaired the roof. “Larry Giusti from Figueroa Contracting is not your typical roofer. Here’s why:Prior to Larry, we received quotes from other local roofers and each time we just felt like a number - they’d pull measurements and send a quote the next day without even coming over to look at the job or introduce themselves. On a recommendation from a neighbor, we called Figueroa Contracting and Larry came out the next day to meet us and discuss the project.He went up to inspect the roof and found some damage, took pictures, and walked us through the entire insurance process - he even met our insurance companies’ roof inspector at the house so they could walk the roof together to confirm the damage.The insurance company said we could simply replace the damaged shingles. Larry then had to come back again to pull a shingle to be sent out for testing to see if it was still in production. It wasn’t, but the insurance company said we could use an alternative one. Larry then went back up to install them and found that they were not the right size so we had to take additional photos and submit them to the insurance company to explain why their recommendation will not work.The insurance company agreed and because of Larry’s dedicated support through the entire process, we wouldn’t have known about the damage or even how to navigate the complex insurance process.Need a roof, or think you might, call Figueroa Contracting and ask for Larry!Services: Roof inspection“

Would recommend again!I would recommend anyone getting a roof to put tarps on stuff in your attic. I thought I had a tarp to cover the day before the came out, but didn't have one. Most everything was in bags/bins, but tarps would make cleanup faster.“

“I have a large home with a pool house, covered porch, breezeway and shed. Hip roof, shed dormer(s) and gables are all there, along with a pretty steep pitch. Valtz roofing was my third estimate and I went with them because of a strong referral from a relative and their price. I was flexible and told them they could replace the roof at their convenience. I dealt with Katie in the office who answered the phone and responded to all my emails. This month I got a call that I was on the schedule and a dumpster would be delivered. After the dumpster came the crew and materials. For three days there were five guys all over my roofs like spider monkeys jacked up on Mountain Dew. They did as good a job as anyone at a better price than anyone. I thought after they left I would have to pick up nails and roof pieces but at most there was only a pocket full of stuff. I am very satisfied with Valtz Roofing and wish every contractor did business the way they do.Service: Roof installation“
