If you are lucky enough to have found Jenn and Vivid Women's Health and have the ability to work with her... I HIGHLY recommend it! I was in PA for 6 weeks and needed some support. I am SO glad I found her! I LOVE my pelvic floor therapist in my home town.... Jenn took it, and me, to a new level. I learned more about my body and the details of how it works allowing me to ask better questions.... both to her and going forward with my care. And HOW to function.
She knows her stuff SO well. She works to help you with what YOU, individually need. I felt so comfortable and cared for with her. She is passionate about what she is doing and allows that to drive her knowledge and patient centered care.
Her standard of care should be the norm.... not the exception. (Let's make it SO!)
IF you are new to pelvic floor therapy.... I know for some this is a little freaky. Know that Jenn is a great place to start. Talk to her on the phone. Share your concerns... let her walk you through it and work with you and what you need. She really is great at listening.
No pressure and food for thought.... we wouldn't go to a foot doctor without taking off our shoes. Go at your own pace.

My experience at Vivid Woman’s Health has been AMAZING! I had spent years at another pelvic floor therapy office before with very little change. After being at Vivid Women’s Health for the past year I have had made so much progress and back to activities that I hadn’t been able to do in years!
