I came in due to my knee pain. I’ve spent the whole summer here starting twice a week and then once a week. Grisham had me working hard but she showed me how to do each exercise and it helped me do them correctly at home. My knee pain was at the point where I was not sleeping at night but after this summer, it’s minimal at worst. I am able to go back to jogging on the treadmill and doing exercises I enjoyed. I am so glad I came in. Physical therapy works because Grishma is a good PT.
