Had an issue with the heater....( totally different.) Woke up in the early morning with no heat & boiler would not ignite. This time Kirk came out and diagnosed the issue quickly and got the heat back up and runny before it got too cold inside. Both techs that I had were knowledgeable and took the time to check everything out. I know who I'll be calling in case the heater demons strike again. Thank you!!!“

From start to finish, the installation was by far the most organized and pleasant I have ever experienced. Getting a new HVAC system is a major decision, not one to be made lightly. I have asthma, and the team led by Don Renninger was careful to ensure that my comfort during the installation was taken into consideration. John talked with the supplier and with the manufacturer and it took us a long time but we finally got everything figured out logistically and my replacement water heater was installed last week! John and his team did a fantastic job with the install, including new vent piping and condensation hose. Very pleased with the work that was done and although they did more than i expected, the price quoted in the estimate was the price I paid. Very positive experience!
