“Our golden doodle has been going to Woofles for daycare, boarding and grooming since early 2021. The only problem we have had was our dog’s own fault and Beth and Woofles were understanding and accommodating (he chewed through the wall in one of the suites when boarding as a puppy, so we had to pay a reasonable fee to pay for the damage, and now he does the cage-free lodging which has prevented any further problems). He goes to daycare twice a week, boards a few times a year, and is groomed there as well. He loves all of his time at Woodles. I especially love getting daily photos when he is boarding and updates so we know he is happy and well cared for. He never shows any signs of stress after boarding there and has never become ill. After grooming he is always so soft and smells wonderful. We’ve had a great experience overall. We are thrilled to have Woofles nearby to provide so much fun, love and care for our fur-baby.“

“6 years, 3 different training facilities, CBD, and doggie Prozac with no results. We were so desperate to find help for our girl so we decided to stop in to Convergent and just have a conversation. Dog training is not “one size fits all” and this was the first time that a trainer listened to what we needed and built a program specifically for our dog. Chip did a free evaluation which consisted of him coming to my home to really get to know and understand my dog in her environment. One of the previous trainers we hired took $150 for an in home evaluation, told me to get a can of pet corrector and a prong collar for a dog with fear and anxiety. We made the decision to go all in and take a chance on Chip, Brittney and team and the results have been amazing! We have gone from a dog that would lunge at cars, bark at birds and leaves and anything that move, and lose her sh!t if we had to pass another dog to a calm, well behaved dog that stays at my hip with no pulling. She is still a work in progress and Chip continues to spend time with us outside of the facility. We even take trips to Home Depot and I got a compliment from a stranger about how well trained my dog was. Never in a million years would I have thought we could even step foot inside a store with my dog. Chip and team have given us a dog that we can now enjoy instead of keeping her locked up in the house. They also offered to work with my other dog that needs a few manner adjustments. You will not be disappointed with this team and you will see results because they care.“

She does grooming too but I always just got the nails trim. U have to call and leave a message and she will get back to u to make appointment. No walk in just appointment only. Karen was great with my dog. My dog got anxiety issues and was attacked when he was a puppy. He don’t trust no another dog since then. I plan on bringing my dog every month for a nail trim.“

Jules, the wonderful lady who took care of our fur baby was amazing! She took time to ask me about our dog, if there was anything she should look out for or avoid. She was so helpful and so kind with our dog. Our dog was so happy and calm after her treatment, she's usually anxious for hours after being at the groomer. I will absolutely be going back to Jules at Woof Gang and would highly recommend her, especially if you have an anxious puppy!“

“My cat accidentally knocked over a candle and stepped in hot wax (I felt terrible!!). I told Elle he should probably get his hind leg shaved and she told me if it were her cat, she would recommend just bathing and only shaving if it were medically necessary. I very much appreciated her knowledge and professionalism in knowing how to help my kitty. She got all the candle wax off and was patient with my grumpy boy (he does not like baths!) and recommended what brush I should use in the future as well as noticing he did have a bit of a burn on his hind leg (again, #CatMomFail). Her attention to detail and care of my cat is why I'll be bringing him back in the future!“

“Love Sally and she does a great job with my dog's haircut! I have been taking him there for well over 5 years and have never had an issue. She is quick to return calls and has even squeezed us in for last minute appointments. The best part is that she is quick with the haircuts and my dog is ready for pick up in under an hour. I hated that other groomers would keep your dog for hours, making the dogs anxiety worse.“
