Pet Palace is full of dog-loving staff! The staff pays attention and meets his needs each day he is at daycare. He has a big personality and loves going to daycare where he receives lots of love and attention.

Ollie stayed for his first boarding ever at the Columbus Airport location. He did fantastic and I appreciate the communication and updates they provided! Would definitely recommend!!

My Irish Wolfhound is a COVID puppy and I work from home, so he had never been away from our family for an extended amount of time before his stay at Pet Palace for 2 weeks over the summer. I was very happy with the a la carte options that were offered for 1:1 playtime, grilled chicken, etc. so he could be just as spoiled as he is at home. He can be anxious around multiple dogs, so the 1:1 playtime was very important. The staff was very kind and hospitable when I dropped him off and they took me back to see where he would be staying to show me that, as a very large dog, he would have plenty of space to lie down and be comfortable and everything was very clean.
