On the booking, you can mark if you want the facial to be educational or not speaking, which I appreciated! The space is beautifully decorated and located in such a cute area in old city. I traveled in from the ‘burbs and was happy to find the spa was easy to locate and had plenty of free street parking near by. Lauren greeted me in the lobby and gave me a quick tour of the spa. My facial started with a gentle cleanse and then consultation. Lauren assessed my skin, listened to my concerns, and provided an individualized plan to meet my skincare goals. Then she got to work.
