I booked an appointment after 2 weeks of bedrest recovering from Lyme disease and fining no relief to the joint pain, headaches, and lethargy. I was recommended a lymphatic massage to help detoxify the body from the die-off bacteria. My body was in so much pain, I began to cry on the massage table as I waited for my MT afraid that I'd made a mistake, worried that touch would exacerbate my symptoms.

10/10 experience with Sacred Paradise and Mike M! I’ve been too chicken to get a deep tissue massage for years, despite every single massage therapist to ever touch me commenting on how desperately my knots need one. I chatted with Carolina (the owner) more than once and she was very sweet and understanding about my apprehension, and recommended that I try my first deep tissue with Mike M. I am so glad I listened to her.
