“From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by Damian, who was very professional, kind, and welcoming. His customer service and friendly energy made a great first impression for my first visit.

I then discussed the IV infusion I wanted along with add-ons, and RN Kayla immediately answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable. Both Damian and Kayla were extremely attentive and reassuring throughout the entire experience.

Kayla was very gentle, calm, and precise. She was able to find my vein with no issue, which I really appreciated since I’ve been told I have smaller veins. The IV process was smooth, quick, and seamless, and I had no bruising afterward, which was great. She made the entire experience feel easy and stress-free.

The space itself is also very relaxing, clean, and cozy, with beautiful tall windows and a nice city view that adds to the calming atmosphere.

Leading up to wedding, Jazmin was super responsive and flexible as I had some adjustments to the number of services needed with a larger wedding party. She and Katherine also perfectly captured the soft glam bridal look I envisioned for my wedding day. I asked for a minor adjustment from my trial for a bit of a brighter and shimmery look around my eyes and Jazmin nailed it. I loved my half up half down hair look, the curls and braid were elevated, yet gave such a natural, elegant feel. My hair and makeup also stayed fully intact all day even through the after party!
My girls also LOVED their looks, they all felt beautiful and elegant, but also completely themselves. “I always have a great experience at Metro Laser! I’ve been coming to this location for almost 2 years. I would recommend laser services here, especially to other darker-skinned women. Everyone is very professional and friendly, and the facilities are clean and relaxing.

However, I wish that this location would offer more weekend or evening laser appointments. Even 2-3 months out, these aren’t available. I would have purchased packages at the Plymouth Meeting location instead if I had known it was impossible to schedule an appointment outside of M-TH 9-5 at the Philly location.“
