First time customer, I was so nervous when I got there. Once in the room Alex made feel comfortable and relaxed. She explained everything before starting, and made sure I good during the wax session. Highly recommend this place and getting Alex as your specialist.
Best waxing place EVER. 5 stars, no notes! Customer service is top tier, they are amazing in calling to remind of your appointments and so helpful if you need to reschedule. The app is amazing and I love the variety of products they offer. Let’s get into the waxer because Savannah is the absolute best!! She makes the experience so easy and comfortable. 5 stars for Savannah too!!
I’m currently 6 months pregnant and booked a wax for the first time in years bc i can no longer see lol. The receptionist was extremely nice and the facility was clean as well as the bathroom. I was assigned to Alex and she was amazing and made my wax a great time. Alex made sure to take her time, she left zero hairs behind and made sure i was comfortable the entire time. Yes my soul was snatched & left on the table which was to be expected but it was a great experience.
