11 W Mt Airy Ave, Philadelphia“We enrolled our daughter at Action Karate Mt. Airy to help her have more confidence, learn self-discipline, and perseverance. It has been a little over a year now since she started and I cannot express how great of a decision we made picking this school. She has grown leaps and bounds physically, mentally and morally training with Sensei Dom and the other instructors. The staff has always been friendly and informative; showing they care and love what they do; efficiently working as a team to ensure everyone gets personal attention while achieving their goals. Honestly, if they had 10 stars, I would still want to put 11. Try this karate school and watch your child flourish!!!“

It has been several years since my last visit. I found the dojo refurbished with more mat space, nicely organized, and super clean. It created a wonderful setting to train. The instruction led by Jason Perna Sensei was wonderful and inspirational with lots of personalized coaching throughout the session. The setting, instruction, and students there created a serious and fun experience. I can’t wait to visit again sometime soon! Thank you!“

1025 Hamilton St, Philadelphia“Don’t get me started on how great this gym is. I had the privilege to do the 14 day trial here in the summer and coach Jake is so nice that he let me stay an extra 2-3 weeks after I injured my shoulder which he didn’t have to do. I never had the money to come back after but coach Jake just gave me the opportunity to be a photographer/videographer in exchange to train. I really enjoy taking photos and editing for them. All around nice facility. Amazing people training there. All the coaches are dope. I would suggest stopping by to check it out anytime. Very amazing if you’re trying to learn any Martial art. There the reason I’m gonna be wrestling this year for my senior year. Love broadstreet kickboxing ❤️???“

We also hosted a birthday party there for both of our sons, and it was such a great experience. Sensei John and Ms. Johanna handled everything from start to finish, making it completely stress-free for us. The kids had an amazing time, and the party was fun, organized, and seamless.
Highly recommend Martial Arts Hero Factory for both classes and birthday parties!“

1760 Barbara St, Philadelphia“I started training with Philadelphia JiuJitsu this past summer and it has been a great experience so far. Damon is extremely knowledgeable with over 30 years experience and has a great passion for teaching. What is unique about Philadelphia JiuJitsu is that it is more than a jiujitsu school as it incorporates many different martial arts. There is judo, wrestling, aikido, knife and stick fighting, and practical self-defense techniques. So you can come to a class that focuses on what you are interested in. The price is fair, the instructors are knowledgeable and whole gym is welcoming so if you are looking into learning martial arts and self defense Philadelphia jiujitsu is worth a visit“

8101 Bustleton Ave, Philadelphia“My son began learning martial arts from Mr. Bob 3 years ago. We signed up for a few trial classes at first, and in no time it was obvious that Bob Poole is the perfect blend of expert martial artist, master-teacher and kind-hearted human who isn't afraid to show his quirks. Students in Mr. Bob's dojo can't help but enjoy class, because HE is so determined to enjoy his classes. The energy is always fun, focused, and electrified by the enthusiasm and wisdom he constantly shares. He's a true "unicorn" martial arts master: Sensitive to the needs of children, Truly hilarious-while professional, and an awesome role-model with multiple black belts across a significant range of fighting arts.“
